Our tour operator accepts bookings for tour packages by email and WhatsApp. Please inform the operator of the tour:

  • Tour itinerary chosen
  • Inform them of your name, nationality, location (Surabaya or Malang area), and date of pick-up.

After you've confirmed your reservation, our tour operator will give you an invoice through email or WhatsApp and collect payment in cash at the departure point.

By deposit:

  • Deposit a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the tour.
  • Before making a deposit, please confirm the reservation with our travel operator.
  • After the deposit, our tour operator will make you an invoice and send it via email or WhatsApp.
  • You could pay the remaining balance of the tour at the pickup location.

Cancellation methods:

  • If you wish to cancel your tour, please let us know at least one week prior to the scheduled date.
  • If you wish to reschedule your tour, please let us know at least one week in advance.
  • Cancellation of a deposit-required excursion one week prior to the scheduled departure date. We would like to return the entirety of your deposit.
  • Cancellation of the one-week-after-deposit-payment excursion that you had arranged with us. We would prefer to return half of your total deposits.
